Using the Building Cost Information Service (BCIS) from the RICS we determine the most up to date rebuild rates for your property type and apply other indices such as location factors and tender price indices to give you an accurate rebuild rate for your property.

We recommend undertaking a full valuation every three years with desktop update assessments using tender price indices for the years in between.
